Integrative Gestalt Therapy

We don't fix the parts — we listen, and they begin to speak.

Why

Therapy?

Everyone experiences disstressing situations in life. Psychologicial, emotional, and social problems can occur at any time and for any person. In psychotherapy we use talk therapy as well as other methods and interventions to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings and actions, and learn how to change undesireable patterns.

The goal is to restore psychological and physical wellbeing, increase quality of life and  to support coping with stress and difficulties. Going to therapy doen't mean you're "crazy". Asking for help and making use of therapy means you're taking your psychological health and wellbeing into your own hands, and improving your quality of life. The soultion lies within you. I look forward to accompanying you in the process of finding your own personal solutions, in a non-judgmental, empathic way.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy

Healing arises in the encounter.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy helps you gain a better understanding of yourself and can help to solve inner conflicts. The focus lies in here and now, wholeness of spirit, body and soul, and personal responsibility. Inner conflicts can be overcome through dialog and creative methods such as role play, body work, and artistic elements. New pathways can be discovered together in a safe space. Integrative Gestalt Therapy is well suited for indiviual development, stress management, and developing more self-confidence and self-awareness.

As a relationship-oriented approach, the therapeutic relationship is given high priority in the Integrative Gestalt Therapy. Integrative Gestalt Therapy combines mindfulness and body oriented work, to promote awareness and self-regulation. The goal is to recognize inner conflicts and integrate past experiences to give you more autonomy and make personal-responsibility possible. The solution lies within you, it just needs to be uncovered. Together we can help you find it.
